Ex-Diamondbacks Pitcher’s Daughter Reported Missing, Family Fears for Her Safety

AUSTIN, TX (KKTV/Gray News/AZFamily) — Brenna Swindell, the daughter of former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Greg Swindell, has been reported missing in Texas. Her family is concerned for her safety, believing she may be in danger.

Last Known Location and Disappearance

29-year-old Brenna Swindell was last seen on August 22 with her ex-boyfriend, Morgan Guidry, at a bar located approximately 21 miles northwest of Austin. Since then, she has not been heard from. Her phone has reportedly been off since Friday, and Greg Swindell posted on Facebook that she has not contacted her family or her three children. The post also mentioned that Guidry “has a warrant and is violent.”

Ongoing Investigation and Search

Authorities are investigating the case and believe Brenna Swindell may have traveled to Colorado, with possible locations including Colorado Springs or Denver. Her vehicle, a 2022 white Kia Carnival with Texas plates VFS7528, has not yet been located.

The Swindell family is urging anyone with information to come forward, emphasizing that Brenna “would never abandon her three children or just take off without explanation. So until we can prove otherwise, we feel she is in danger.”
